Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality professional to own NPI quality readiness and drive process excellence across Proto, EVT, and DVT stages.

You will establish QCCL, lead PFMEA and control plan activities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time NPI milestones and high reliability of critical components.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, ASQ CQE preferred.
• 4–6+ years in Supplier Quality, NPI Quality, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Experience with high‑reliability industries (semiconductor, aerospace, medical).
• Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, APQP, PPAP and FAI processes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence without authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier quality execution across NPI phases (Proto, EVT, DVT).
• Prevent critical supplier‑related quality incidents during NPI through early risk identification and mitigation.
• Partner with NPI QPM to align supplier quality with milestones and phase gates.
• Provide supplier quality approval supporting NPI phase exits and DVT readiness.
• Establish, validate, and maintain the Quality Critical Component List (QCCL) for all NPI programs.
• Ensure 100% of QCCL items are reviewed, mitigated, and cleared prior to first NPI build.
• Define supplier qualification and control strategies for all QCCL components.
• Ensure QCCL risks are mitigated, verified, and supplier‑approved by DVT.
• Own First Article Inspection (FAI) planning and execution readiness for NPI builds.
• Ensure on‑time FAI completion prior to NPI build execution.
• Lead risk assessments including PFMEA, control plan reviews, and process capability evaluations.
• Drive proactive supplier prevention and control improvements to eliminate defects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead supplier quality execution across NPI phases (Proto, EVT, DVT).
• Prevent critical supplier-related quality incidents during NPI through early risk identification and mitigation.
• Partner with NPI QPM to ensure supplier quality readiness aligns with program milestones and phase gates.
• Provide supplier quality approval supporting NPI phase exits and DVT readiness.

Quality Critical Component List (QCCL) Execution

• Establish, validate, and maintain the Quality Critical Component List (QCCL) for all assigned NPI programs.
• Ensure 100% of QCCL items are reviewed, mitigated, and cleared prior to first NPI build.
• Define supplier qualification and control strategies for all QCCL components.
• Ensure QCCL risks are mitigated, verified, and supplier-approved by DVT.

Supplier Readiness & FAI Execution

• Ensure NPI suppliers are deployed with a defined and approved NPI quality process.
• Assess supplier readiness for new designs, processes, materials, and technologies.
• Own First Article Inspection (FAI) planning and execution readiness for NPI builds.
• Ensure on-time FAI completion prior to NPI build execution.

Risk Management, Prevention & Continuous Improvement

• Lead supplier risk assessments including PFMEA, control plan reviews, and process capability evaluations.
• Drive proactive supplier prevention and control improvements to eliminate defects before occurrence.
• Deliver supplier prevention or control improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier‑related NPI issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
• Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent certification preferred.
• 4 - 6 + years of relevant experience in Supplier Quality, NPI Quality, or Manufacturing Quality. Experience supporting complex, high‑reliability products in industries such as semiconductor equipment, industrial, medical devices, aerospace, or high‑tech manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong expertise in supplier quality, NPI execution, and risk management.
• Working knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, APQP, PPAP, and FAI processes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence without authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
