Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Rosario, Argentina to ensure accuracy of cycle counts across locations including 3PL and subcontractors.

You will lead audits, investigate variances, and work with warehouse teams to drive improvements and maintain high inventory accuracy. You will report to the Inventory Manager and collaborate with cross‑functional teams while adhering to policy and SOX/EY audit requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience with inventory audit principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle/SAP preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use handheld scanner devices is optional.

Job Summary

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Cycle Count Accuracy through periodic physical audits and reconciliation of physical inventory counts across all AEPH locations, including 3PL and subcontractors. Leads the audit process, conducts root cause analysis for variances, and collaborates with warehouse teams and locator owners to drive improvements and maintain high inventory accuracy.

This position will report to Inventory Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cycle Count Management

• Facilitate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts in accordance with the planned schedule.
• Investigate variances between physical counts and system records to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct detailed root cause analyses on inventory losses, shortages, and overages to prevent recurring issues.
• Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy.

2. Data Reporting

• Maintain organized, audit‑ready documentation of all counts, variances, adjustments, and approvals in compliance with CC Global Policy and SOX/EY audit requirements.
• Ensure full traceability of each transaction for future reference or audit purposes.
• Create and maintain Cycle Count Inventory reports to support monitoring and EY audit compliance.

3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with warehouse, finance, production, 3PL, subcontractors, and quality teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of Cycle Count activities aligned with the Global Cycle Count Policy.
• Escalate irregularities, discrepancies, or policy violations to Inventory Control and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• With at least 2-5 years of related experience.
• Experience or exposure to inventory audit principles (an advantage).
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle/SAP preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use handheld scanner devices (optional).
