Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and React.js.
• Proven experience mentoring or technically guiding other developers.
• Clear passion for teaching and helping others grow.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate.
• Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Postman, Git, etc.
• Advanced English (spoken and written): able to communicate technical concepts fluently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical referent within the team, supporting growth and best practices in full stack development.
• Work closely with a technical architect to ensure architecture guidance is followed.
• Mentor and coach other developers to raise the team's skill level.
• Lead by example in code quality, testing, and collaboration.
