CRAFTLabs is seeking a senior Full Stack Developer to join our remote/on-site team in Buenos Aires. You will own end-to-end software development, from frontend to backend REST APIs, and contribute to architecture decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work on large-scale applications, emphasize testing, DevOps practices, and clean, maintainable code. Strong communication and curiosity are essential to thrive in our transparent culture.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant work experience (front-end UI & backend REST APIs)
• Solid understanding of DevOps CI CD and monitoring
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Data modeling and Database principles
• Experience with Agile ceremonies
• Passionate about good engineering practices and testing
• Ability to organize, prioritize and communicate daily/weekly goals
• You like to learn, are curious, humble and like to get things done
• In case of living in Buenos Aires, you have to assist to the office once every two weeks.

A senior Full Stack Developer has wide software engineering knowledge end to end, is humble and eager to learn and collaborate in small teams. They can develop new software products and improve existing ones. They can learn new technologies quickly and work on developing new systems or updating existing ones using those. They should excel in working remotely with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication skills (Transparency is one of our core values).

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile ceremonies
• Passionate about good engineering practices and testing

• In case of living in Buenos Aires, you have to assist to the office once every two weeks.

Preferred Skills

• Significant front-end development experience (Angular / React / Vue)
• Knowledge of a CI tool (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.)
• Knowledge about Docker containers and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g: Azure / AWS / GCP).
• SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
• Knowledge about application security, identity and access management (IAM)
