Disney in Buenos Aires is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Product Marketing to drive performance of Disney+ owned experiences across LATAM, shaping subscriber growth and engagement.

You will transform data into insights, monitor marketing landing pages, funnels, and Perks site, and collaborate with analytics and cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong CRO background, advanced English and Spanish, and a passion for testing and clear stakeholder communication.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • +3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, digital product, e-commerce, web strategy, subscription businesses, or similar areas.
  • Experience in DTC, streaming, entertainment, consumer tech, telecom, marketplaces, or other digital consumer brands is highly valued, along with exposure to LATAM regional operations.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital customer journeys, UX principles, funnel performance, and growth strategies.
  • Experience with SEO/GEO, content discoverability, editorial platforms, subscriber engagement, loyalty, retention, or perks programs is a plus.
  • Proficiency with web analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience working with dashboards, business intelligence environments, A/B testing platforms, SEO tools, and collaboration/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Airtable) is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools are required.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to communicate and present insights clearly to cross-functional and senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of Disney+ LATAM, identifying user friction points, optimization opportunities, and growth drivers across different markets, devices, and subscription plans. Partner with Analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights and support prioritization of high-impact initiatives.
  • Lead the analysis of A/B tests and optimization initiatives across Marketing Landing Pages, subscription funnels, Explore Disney+, and Perks. Develop data-driven hypotheses and recommendations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify experimentation opportunities and apply learnings to future initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices across streaming, subscriptions, e-commerce, and digital consumer businesses. Leverage internal performance data and external benchmarks to identify new opportunities and inform optimization and growth strategies.

The Sr Analyst, Product Marketing will join the team to drive the performance and continuous improvement of Disney+ owned experiences across LATAM, ensuring these platforms effectively support subscriber acquisition, engagement, and value perception in alignment with business priorities.

As the analytical backbone of the Growth Marketing team, this role transforms data into actionable insights and recommendations across Disney's consumer-facing digital experiences, including Marketing Landing Pages (MLPs), subscription sign-up funnels, the Explore Disney+ editorial site, and the Perks site.

Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, identifying friction points and growth opportunities, and evaluating the impact of testing and optimization initiatives. Through data-driven insights, this role informs roadmap prioritization and optimization strategies aimed at improving user experience, conversion performance, subscriber engagement, SEO & GEO outcomes, and benefit adoption.

The Sr Analyst, Product Marketing will be responsible for:

What we need from you to be part of this story:
