Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company in Buenos Aires is seeking a Manager, Commercial Performance & Planning to join the team and connect commercial and Finance functions. You will build forecasts, analyze trends, and present decision-ready insights to leadership.
You will collaborate across Marketing, Analytics, Content, Partnerships, and Product to shape the commercial plan, evaluate business cases, and track KPIs for ongoing performance and growth.

The Manager, Commercial Planning will join the team to be the connective tissue between our commercial teams and Finance - turning daily performance signals into the insights and actions that shape how senior leadership steers the business.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers and narrative: you'll track what's happening, explain why it's happening, and recommend what to do about it. You'll partner closely with Finance Planning to build the commercial plan, and work across Marketing, Analytics, Content, Partnerships, and Product to make sure every business case, forecast, and performance review tells a clear, decision-ready story.
