The Walt Disney Company LATAM DTC - Business Analytics in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking an Analyst, Growth & Retention Analytics to partner with the Growth Marketing Team to understand acquisition campaign performance and retention strategies.

You will extract data, develop KPIs, build benchmarks, and deliver insights that drive cost efficiency and user value across the conversion funnel, with strong SQL, data visualization tools, and English language fluency.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in Growth Analytics or similar roles.
• Advanced studies in actuarial, statistics, or industrial engineering.
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Snowflake or similar).
• Experience with Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to analyze campaign performance and costs.
• Extract data, build KPIs and deliver high-quality insights.
