Adidas is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to execute VM programs at the point of sale in Argentina. You will maintain the global brand identity, create seasonal windows, and develop VM guidelines across retail networks.

The role also includes training for trainers and store staff, coordinating suppliers for fixtures and POS materials, and ensuring campaign graphics meet quality standards. 1–2 years of experience is expected.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent education required.
• Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function.
• 1–2 years experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Visual Merchandising guidelines at the point of sale (POS) and adapt to marketing programs.
• Create seasonal windows and VM guidelines.
• Provide Visual Merchandising training for trainers and store employees.
• Coordinate and manage suppliers for fixtures, POS materials, and signage.
• Campaign setup and quality checking of graphics and POS material.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Executes all visual merchandising activities related to marketing programs at the POS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Visual Merchandising guidelines directly with Retailers. Maintain and adapt the Global Brand identity.
• Creation of Seasonal Windows and VM guidelines
• Visual Merchandising Training for the Trainers and Store employees
• Coordinate and manage suppliers for the implementation of key visual merchandising components (fixtures / fittings, point of sale material, signage etc.)
• Campaign set up, quality checking of graphics, POS material, signage etc.
