Massage Heights Indianapolis seeks a Guest Service Manager to lead daily operations, welcome guests, and drive membership sales across our eight premier San Antonio locations. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a guest-centered experience in a fast-paced setting.

• Ensure smooth daily operations by managing bookings, greeting guests, and processing payments.
• Drive sales of memberships, packages, retail items, and gift cards.

• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Consult with guests to assess needs and provide service recommendations.
• Connect with guests to build rapport and create a warm, memorable experience.
