Chevron’s Global Business Services (GBS) in Buenos Aires is seeking a Software Engineer - Learning and Development to join the IT Organization, a multifunction service center serving the enterprise worldwide.

You will design, develop and deploy intelligent copilots using Copilot Studio, integrate with Workday and ServiceNow, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Copilot experiences, and optimize Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong Power Platform solution management, environments, and deployment knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and AI development tools.
• Experience building conversational AI solutions.
• Experience with low-code/no-code AI solutions using Copilot Studio.
• Ability to learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio quickly.
• Knowledge of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors and integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Chevron’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization located in Buenos Aires, is accepting applications for the position of Software Engineer - Learning and Development. Successful candidates will join the IT Organization, which is part of a multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 1800 employees that deliver business services and solutions to the corporation across the globe.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.
• Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform Solution management, environments, and deployment
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools.
• Proficiency in building conversational AI solutions, with exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred.
• Experience developing low-code/no-code AI solutions, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating and deploying AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Ability to apply best practices in low code development
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferrred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
• Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Power Platform.
• Knowledge of security and governance within Power Platform environments.
• Experience with Human Resources processes and employee self-service solutions
