Chevron’s Global Business Services (GBS) in Buenos Aires is seeking a Software Engineer - Learning and Development to join the IT Organization, a multifunction service center serving the enterprise worldwide.

You will design, develop and deploy intelligent copilots using Copilot Studio, integrate with Workday and ServiceNow, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Copilot experiences, and optimize Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.

Formación

3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong Power Platform solution management, environments, and deployment knowledge.
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and AI development tools.
Experience building conversational AI solutions.
Experience with low-code/no-code AI solutions using Copilot Studio.
Ability to learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio quickly.
Knowledge of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI.
Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors and integration patterns.
Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
