Total Number of Openings 1 Chevron’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization located in Buenos Aires, is accepting applications for the position of Software Engineer - Learning and Development. Successful candidates will join the IT Organization, which is part of a multifunction service center with a workforce of more than 1800 employees that deliver business services and solutions to the corporation across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.
• Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform Solution management, environments, and deployment Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools.
• Proficiency in building conversational AI solutions, with exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred.
• Experience developing low-code/no-code AI solutions, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating and deploying AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Ability to apply best practices in low code development
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
• Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Power Platform.
• Knowledge of security and governance within Power Platform environments.
• Experience with Human Resources processes and employee self-service solutions
