Chevron Corporation’s Global Business Services in Buenos Aires is seeking a Software Engineer - Learning and Development to design, develop, and deploy AI copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio within the Power Platform ecosystem.

You will integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical Copilot experiences.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Power Platform Solution management, environments, and deployment
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools.
• Proficiency in building conversational AI solutions
• Experience developing low-code/no-code AI solutions, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating and deploying AI solutions
• Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and Responsible AI
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns
• Ability to apply best practices in low code development
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.
• Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.
