Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to support LATAM and international regions. You will manage licensing requests, entitlements, renewals and compliance across a complex software portfolio.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering teams to optimize software usage and costs, ensuring accurate records and timely service delivery. Advanced English and Spanish are required for regional and global coordination.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience across licensing models.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, and audits.
• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-publisher requests.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.
• Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve software utilization and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors to resolve licensing needs and escalations.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while contributing to continuous improvement of SAM processes.
