Collaborate with the lead attorney to translate photos and updates into high-performing posts, monitor engagement, and adapt messaging to be authentic and culturally relevant for the target market.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands-on social media and video production for US-based brands.
• Proficient in short-form video optimization (captions, pacing, hooks).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with cross-platform publishing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and feeds.
• Draft engaging copy tailored to target audiences (personal vs. professional).
• Schedule and post content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage cross-platform distribution for firm and lead attorney's pages.
• Monitor comments and messages to sustain light engagement.
• Collaborate with the attorney to turn assets into high-performing posts.
