Job summary

Bionic Talent seeks a Social Media & Content Manager for a personal injury law client. You will edit raw video into high-performing reels, post across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, draft engaging copy, and engage with audiences while aligning with the attorney's brand for a U.S.

audience. This fully remote role requires 2–3+ years of experience managing social accounts for U.S.-based companies, proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro and Canva, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and video production for U.S.-based companies.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro and Canva for short-form video optimization.
• Strong understanding of publishing dynamics on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Experience in marketing for law firms or high-intent local services is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Self-directed and able to identify risks and solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into Reels, TikToks, Shorts and feed videos.
• Draft engaging copy for personal and professional audiences.
• Schedule and post content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Manage cross-platform distribution for firm pages and the lead attorney’s accounts.
• Monitor comments/messages to foster audience engagement.
• Adapt messaging to feel natural and culturally relevant to a U.S. audience.
• Collaborate with the lead attorney to turn insights into high-performing posts.
