Job summary

PSI CRO in Argentina is seeking a Site Laboratory Specialist to oversee laboratory support activities across clinical studies. You will review study documents, assist with site initiation, and coordinate lab-related tasks at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is required.
• Full working proficiency in English; Portuguese a plus.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Experience in clinical research CROs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sites with laboratory kit orders, patient eligibility check, laboratory query resolution, and laboratory qualification questionnaire completion
• Developing and implementing project site specific laboratory control documents and guidelines
• Monitoring laboratory metrics and KPIs on a site level
• Supporting the communication between laboratories, site and PSI project team
• Supporting the development of patient enrolment strategies
• Developing and delivering training to the study team and/or clinical sites in laboratory related procedures and laboratory best practices

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Life Sciences required
• Full working proficiency in English, Portuguese is a plus
• At least 4 years' experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
• Prior clinical research industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently as needed
