Job summary

Psi CRO is seeking a Site Laboratory Specialist to join our Argentina operations. You will review study documents, support site initiation with lab matters, and coordinate laboratory kit orders and patient eligibility checks.

The ideal candidate holds a Life Sciences degree, fluent English, Portuguese a plus, and at least four years in a clinical lab. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Life Sciences required
• Full working proficiency in English, Portuguese is a plus
• At least 4 years' experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
• Prior clinical research industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently as needed

Responsibilities

• Reviewing study documents related to laboratory support
• Supporting site selection and site initiation activities with laboratory related matters
• Supporting sites with laboratory kit orders, patient eligibility check, laboratory query resolution, and laboratory qualification questionnaire completion
• Developing and implementing project site specific laboratory control documents and guidelines
• Monitoring laboratory metrics and KPIs on a site level
• Supporting the communication between laboratories, site and PSI project team
• Supporting the development of patient enrolment strategies
• Developing and delivering training to the study team and/or clinical sites in laboratory related procedures and laboratory best practices
