Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a waiter/waitress to join our shipboard hospitality team. You will ensure passenger satisfaction, learn company restaurant standards, and operate under ISM guidelines.

• Experience in restaurant service preferred aboard ships
• Flexibility with working hours and duties
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and customer service excellence

Responsabilidades

• Report to Maitre D and Hotel Manager
• Learn restaurant standards and procedures
• Adhere to health regulations (US & UK) relevant standards
• Maintain mise en place and cleanliness
• Serve passengers to high standards and handle special requests
• Assist with embarkation, meals, buffets, and events as directed
• Notify supervisor of issues and participate in daily briefings
• Ensure proper storage of glassware, silverware, and china
• Assist in other ship management tasks as needed
