Princess Cruises is seeking a Guest Services Associate for our dining room team aboard our ships. The role focuses on warm guest greetings, service excellence, and maintaining a polished, professional dining environment.

You will work closely with waitstaff to deliver food and beverages on time, anticipate guest needs, and follow USPH guidelines. A minimum of two years in restaurant service and knowledge of menus are required; English fluency is essential.

Formación

• Graduate of a recognized Catering / Hotel Management School.
• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant service experience from four-star hotel or cruise ship.
• Knowledge of food, beverage and wine menus used throughout the fleet.
• Able to explain pricing, food, wine, and cocktails to guests.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm greeting to guests and maintain a professional appearance.
• Build guest connections and stay engaged throughout service.
• Observe guest preferences and adjust service accordingly.
• Assist the Waiter by preparing table settings and maintaining stations.
• Assist in delivering food and beverages on time and follow up for guest satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and USPH protocols.
