Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks a Sous Chef to oversee the galley on shipboard, coordinating hot and cold galley operations, food preparation, and service to passengers while respecting budget constraints.

You will ensure adherence to the company standards for food production, presentation, handling and vessel sanitation, and lead training sessions to maintain professional skills and compliance with health inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the work within the galley department to achieve a smooth running operation.
• Coordinate the receipt, preparation and service of food to provide the best product to passengers while maintaining budgets.
• Ensure high standards of quality and service per company policies and procedures.
• Oversee galley sanitation and health program in line with ISM and Public Health manuals.
