Qualifications

• 8–12 years of QA experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Experience testing large-scale e-commerce platforms, preferably SFCC/SFRA.
• Hands-on leadership of distributed QA teams and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across functional, automation, regression, performance, and production testing.
• Coordinate with client QA, engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Plan testing for features, integrations, promotions, payments, and releases.
• Lead Playwright + TypeScript automation efforts.
• Manage JMeter performance/load testing and reporting.
• Oversee defects, test coverage, release readiness, and QA metrics.
• Support production releases and after-hours validation when required.
• Lead distributed QA teams and knowledge transfer.
