LOVOL GLOBAL in Buenos Aires seeks an Argentina Service Manager to establish and manage the local after-sales service network for dealers and end-users. You will conduct on-site repairs, provide technical support, and oversee spare parts lifecycle across the territory.

The role requires 8+ years in agricultural machinery after-sales service, Spanish and English fluency, and willingness to travel; prior management experience is preferred. Travel up to 50% is expected.

About the Role

Position Title: Argentina Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish, improve and manage the after-sales service system for local dealers.
• Conduct on-site repair and technical support for agricultural machinery at end-user sites; handle urgent after-sales feedback.
• Build and manage the full lifecycle of after-sales spare parts operations.
• Oversee regional service coordination and perform on-site maintenance during business trips across the territory.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Spanish and English for daily work communication.
• Solid knowledge of agricultural machinery; minimum 8 years’ working experience in agricultural machinery after-sales service; prior management experience is preferred.
• Hands-on capability to repair agricultural machinery and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Possess a valid local Argentine driver’s license with proficient driving skills; willing to travel frequently.
• Strong analytical thinking, judgement and interpersonal communication skills; hard-working and pragmatic.
