Job summary

Mace is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global consulting team supporting a major automotive manufacturer's data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end data migration, proficiency in migration methodologies, and excellent English communication for interviews and daily work in UTC time zone

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA or similar) is preferred.
