Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) to own end-to-end data ingestion, CRM connections, and warehouse modeling for education-focused campaigns. You will build scalable pipelines from ad platforms to Looker Studio dashboards, ensuring data quality and robust reporting for multiple nonprofit partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
• Strong SQL and BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling
• Experience with dbt or Dataform and modular, version-controlled pipelines
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation
• CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and platform schemas
• Git-based development workflows and CI/CD practices
• Ability to translate complex data workflows into clear narratives for non-technical audiences education marketing experience valued

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media to warehouse
• Own CRM integration to ensure lead/enrollment data flows cleanly
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery with scalable schemas
• Own transformation/mapping using modular dbt/Dataform pipelines
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and data segregation across multi-client environments
• Enable the reporting layer for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports
• Drive data quality with monitoring, validation, and anomaly detection
