Job summary

Hyprwork is a performance marketing agency expanding into Latin America. We are seeking a Senior Video Editor to remotely support North American universities by editing and optimizing video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns.

You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality content across YouTube, social media, and paid media channels, while staying current with platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in agency, media production, or marketing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and related tools.
• Experience editing content for ads and corporate campaigns.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and color grading.
• Fluent English communication with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets with structured workflows.
• Review edits and refine content based on client feedback.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets accounting for review steps.
