Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Senior Video Editor to work remotely for North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for ads, storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to tailor content for YouTube, social platforms, and paid media campaigns.

You will lead with strong storytelling, color grading, and motion graphics, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion while expanding Latin America operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in agency/marketing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro with working knowledge of After Effects and other editors.
• Experience editing ads, marketing, or corporate content.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual impact for various platforms.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Fluent English communication with US-based teams.
• Experience optimizing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and TV.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality with color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets with version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback before delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets after reviews.
