Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Video Editor to work remotely for North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for advertising, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to tailor material for YouTube, social media, and paid media.

The role requires 3+ years of professional editing experience, advanced Premiere Pro skills plus After Effects or DaVinci Resolve, strong storytelling, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in agency, media production, or marketing.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling with pacing and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animations.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent English and ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality with color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
• Optimize videos for platform-specific aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with goals.
• Manage video files and organize assets with version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback.
