LeanTeams is seeking a Senior Video Editor to craft ads, brand storytelling, and corporate videos for North American universities. This remote role spans Latin America, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver high-quality content.

You will optimize for YouTube, social media, and paid campaigns, manage assets, and stay current with trends to ensure timely delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience (agency/marketing context preferred).
• Strong storytelling with sense of pacing and audience engagement.
• Experience editing ads, marketing content, or corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance quality with color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, thumbnails).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with goals.
• Manage video files and assets with organized workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on client feedback.
• Stay updated on editing techniques and platform trends to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets through review steps.
