Job summary

LeanTeams is seeking a Senior Video Editor to work remotely with North American universities and brands. You will edit content for ads, social media, and campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with marketing goals. You’ll manage assets, keep workflows organized, and stay updated on new techniques to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Fluent English communication with US-based teams.
• Strong storytelling ability with pacing and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and color/sound basics.
• Experience editing for ads, marketing, or corporate videos.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Improve video quality with color, sound, and transitions.
• Add motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms with correct aspect ratios and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with goals.
• Manage video files and assets with organized workflows.
• Review edits based on internal/client feedback before delivery.
