Sagan Recruitment is seeking a Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer for a remote contract role with EST hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.You will edit one long-form YouTube video and 4–5 short-form clips weekly, analyze performance, run hook tests, and manage the content calendar to drive engagement.This independent contractor position offers competitive monthly compensation and the freedom to work remotely.

Formación

• Experience editing long-form and short-form video for YouTube and social platforms.
• Ability to analyze retention graphs and identify drop-off points to improve edits.
• Proven track record of creating engaging thumbnails and hooks.
• Strong project management and weekly content calendar coordination.

POSITION: Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

Compensation: 2000 – 2600 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• Edit 1 high-retention long-form YouTube video and 4–5 short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) per week.
• Analyze YouTube Studio and social media retention graphs to identify drop-off points and implement creative pacing fixes for future edits.
• Conduct weekly hook and thumbnail experiments to consistently increase average view duration quarter-over-quarter.
• Proactively manage the weekly content calendar and advise on upcoming video concepts based on performance data.
