EPAM Systems in Argentina seeks a Chief TypeScript+Node.js Developer to own architecture, set standards, and drive spec-first features. You will implement integrations and automation with ELK, JIRA Service Desk, Jenkins/CICD, and Terraform, while guiding technical direction.

You will collaborate with distributed teams, review code, mentor engineers, and push platform engineering through Backstage extensions and tooling.

Formación

• 5+ years building Node.js backend systems.
• Expert-level TypeScript skills for scalable, maintainable codebases.
• Experience with cloud platforms, hosting, and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to work autonomously with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot/Claude) and workflows.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or above.

Responsabilidades

• Own frontend architecture decisions, including component structure and TS standards.
• Implement spec-driven development with traceability from spec to delivery.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring.
• Integrate ELK entities into Backstage catalog and build extensions.
• Create capability to run Terraform scripts and automate deployments.
• Collaborate across distributed, cross-functional teams.
