EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead JavaScript Full-Stack Developer to guide architecture and delivery, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards across distributed teams.

The role emphasizes spec-driven development, building features with Node.js and TypeScript, and coordinating CI/CD integrations within the portal for international projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of fullstack JavaScript experience with Node.js.
• Experience with TypeScript in production systems.
• Strong technical leadership experience leading code reviews and setting standards.
• Proven mentoring skills supporting and growing other engineers.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience with application hosting and deployments.
• Strong spec-driven development skills to deliver traceable, well-defined features.
• Strong collaboration skills across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency, both written and spoken.
