ITX is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with Scrum Master experience to lead web projects for industry-leading clients. This role is restricted to candidates based in LATAM. You will guide agile ceremonies, align stakeholders, and drive delivery with a high-performing team across the Americas.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, and risks while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Experience as an IT Project/Program Manager leading developers and testers.
• Experience in website and/or mobile app development and software projects.
• Scrum Master certification and ability to work with distributed teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and client-facing skills.
• Comfortable working with remote team members and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to align scope, timelines, and expectations with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Apply PM best practices and Scrum framework to help team and client follow process.
• Work with stakeholders and product owners to share and visualize the vision.
• Communicate clearly with developers, testers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Foster self-organization and accountability within the team.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies, and client expectations.
• Engage with PM/Scrum community and stay updated on agile advancements.
• Lead ITX Delivery Team across the Americas, delivering quality software.
