Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or recruiting-related role with aptitude for IT/tech roles.
• Fluency in English, verbally and in writing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Aptitude with networking and using social media to drive candidate pipelines.
• Creative ideas to improve internal client engagement, communications, and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage sensitive relationships.
• Highly self-motivated to work independently and remotely.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Tenacity in follow-up with internal clients for timely task completion.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ATS/CRM tools; willingness to learn AI tools.
• Experience working with remote teams across time zones.
• Ability to source local talent pools and networks.

Responsibilities

• Leverage job boards and sourcing tools to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Manage internal referrals as first review line and forward to Talent Attraction Lead.
• Oversee rehire eligibility and coordinate with internal team for prompt completion.
• Use market intel tools to provide talent trends, competitor activities, and industry standards.
• Manage external job postings on boards and social media with accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhere to SLA requirements of 24-48 hours to deliver profiles to TA team.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates and disposition as needed.
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and matching to ensure best fit.
