Motorola Solutions in Buenos Aires is seeking an experienced engineer to deliver post-sales design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mission-critical radio systems. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure performance and safety specifications are met.

The role requires residency in Buenos Aires, 3+ years in critical communications or IT infrastructure, and Spanish/English language skills.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering.
• Driving license is mandatory.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in critical communication systems or mission-critical IT infrastructure.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and oral) desirable.
• Mobility: Travel 25–50% to support remote sites and customer installations.

Responsabilidades

• System Implementation: Oversee deployment and configuration of core radio and infrastructure systems.
• Infrastructure Design: Define system specifications, server infrastructure, capacity planning, and networking protocols.
• Field Engineering: Conduct site surveys, manage tower/shelter requirements, and install RF/Microwave links.
• Project Governance: Develop technical, tactical, and strategic plans; ensure ATP compliance.
• Technical Support: Serve as escalation point for field issues; share technical information with customers.
