Motorola Solutions in Santa Fe seeks a Customer Support Engineer to safeguard mission-critical radio and dispatch systems. You will anchor technical on-site activities, coordinate with clients and Motorola support, and drive lifecycle management for TI infrastructure.

The role requires 5+ years in TI/telecom support, strong networking/troubleshooting, and willingness to work 5x2 on-site with 24/7 on-call rotations. Relocation is not mentioned.

Formación

• Engineering degree with IT/telecom focus.
• 5+ years in TI or telecom support roles.
• Knowledge of networks, servers and system monitoring.
• Experience with ITSM tools and incident escalation.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure absolute availability and performance of mission-critical systems in Santa Fe.
• Serve as SME between client, integrator and support teams during incidents.
• Manage server/network infra, monitor health, and coordinate escalations.
