Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial Excellence, or Training in pharma/manufacturing/operations.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, CI methodologies, and productivity programs.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Procurement operations.
• Advanced English proficiency; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the design, implementation and optimization of LATAM PTO strategy-based processes and systems (end-to-end).
• Direct & indirect program planning and execution for LATAM with regional/global scope.
• Build and maintain supplier-experience roadmap and ensure processes reflect division expectations.
• Identify content and training needs with Global PTO team for each quarterly release.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to update content and training plans for suppliers and employees.
• Coordinate and schedule LMS trainings and track attendance with stakeholders.
• Create and implement training courses and materials for release content.
• Support LATAM Program Manager Supplier Excellence on strategic projects.
• Assist in supplier-sourcing analysis for categories and corporate programs.
