Formación

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or digital transformation roles.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end process discovery and documentation (as-is / to-be).
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Design future-state process maps aligned with goals and technology.
• Support software/tool selection through market analysis and vendor evaluation.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Procurement, Finance to define implementation roadmaps.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and success criteria.
• Manage stakeholder communications and change enablement throughout the project lifecycle.
