Zusammenfassung

EY seeks a SuccessFactors Config Lead – SF RBP to own end-to-end delivery, collaborating with PM, QA and Support. You will design, configure, and maintain complex RBP models in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and manage dynamic permission groups using EC attributes.

This senior role requires deep EC security expertise, experience with onboarding 2.0, RCM, LMS, and secure integrations with ECC/S/4HANA, IDM, and third-party systems. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Computer Science and/or a business related degree; or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of application services and/or client/supplier relationship management in a technology environment.
• Experience of working on complex RBP SAP rollout projects.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design, configure, and maintain complex Role-Based Permission (RBP) models in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Configure and manage dynamic permission groups using employee data attributes (location, department, job classification, pay grade, employment status, custom MDF objects).
• Implement and troubleshoot granular EC permissions, including Employee Data, Employment Details, Compensation, Time-Off, and workflow-driven access restrictions.
• Perform detailed RBP troubleshooting, including root-cause analysis of permission conflicts, inactive permissions, target population mismatches, and proxy access issues.
• Support security design for SuccessFactors releases, preview testing, regression validation, and post-release remediation activities.
• Secure SuccessFactors integrations with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP IDM, and third-party systems by validating user IDs, role mappings, and provisioning logic.
• Translate detailed Requirements and Design and Solution Architecture deliverables into detailed design specifications.
• Technical deliverables on projects assigned.
• Proactively anticipate project issues before they occur, define the problem, identify possible causes, work with team to identify solutions, select and implement most appropriate solution.
