Job summary

Aramco seeks a Senior Process Engineer with extensive hands-on SRU/SWS experience to join the Operation Engineering Solutions Department. The role focuses on monitoring, optimizing, and driving performance improvements for refinery SRU/SWS units with both remote and on-site advisory support.

You will lead benchmarking, develop technical advisories, and coordinate cost-optimization initiatives across global facilities, aligning with Aramco standards and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years of refinery or gas plant experience, with 10+ years in SRU/SWS.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills for SRU/SWS metrics.
• Familiarity with SRU/TGTU licensor technologies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular performance reviews of SRU/SWS facilities and analyze KPIs related to operability, profitability, reliability, and process safety.
• Develop quarterly benchmarking reports with actionable improvement recommendations.
• Provide hands-on support implementing performance improvements with measurable results.
• Lead knowledge-sharing workshops and develop best-practices bulletins for global facilities.
• Deliver remote and field advisory support including start-up/shutdown activities and capacity tests.
