Responsabilités

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new processes or modifications to existing ones to optimize production output and quality.
• Utilize data analysis, simulation tools, and engineering principles to evaluate process performance and predict outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to implement process changes and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including P&IDs, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in process engineering and manufacturing to recommend innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process simulation, data analysis tools, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proven ability to design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, especially for effective remote teamwork.
