The role focuses on designing, developing, installing, and maintaining instrumentation systems across downstream facilities, with responsibility for high-priority issues and lifecycle management.

The candidate will lead audits, drive process improvements, and share knowledge through training and technical exchanges, while collaborating across plant departments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in refining/oil and gas industries.
• Proficient with API, BS, ISO, ASME, ANSI, IEC, ISA, IEEE standards.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with field instrument types and applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to plant departments.
• Monitor instrumentation systems performance across downstream departments.
• Assess instrumentation performance and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain lifecycle management for instrumentation systems.
• Lead instrument audits and establish auditing guidelines.
• Develop new strategies and validate feasibility to improve productivity.
• Capture manufacturing knowledge in the repository and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide awareness sessions and lead technical exchanges and conferences.
• Maintain instrumentation knowledge repository and troubleshoot with SMEs.
