Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 15+ years in refinery operations with 10+ years in FCC operations/optimization.
• Proven track record of improving FCC yields, energy efficiency, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive FCC performance reviews and KPIs benchmarking.
• Provide hands-on technical support for FCC performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead knowledge-sharing workshops among Global Manufacturing facilities.
• Deliver remote and field advisory support for FCC debottlenecking, revamps, and upgrades.
• Develop best practices and standards for FCC engineering and maintenance.
• Coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical teams for optimal FCC performance.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for FCC engineering and operation.
• Participate in capital investment planning and liaise with licensors.
