Félix is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. You will build automations, shift security left, and empower developers to ship secure code quickly and confidently.

You will mature DevSecOps practices, optimize GCP/GKE, and define SLOs/SLIs while collaborating with Engineering, Security, and Product. This role supports a hybrid work model and offers growth in a fast-scaling fintech.

Formación

• 4+ years as SRE/Platform Engineer with cloud focus.
• Strong hands-on with GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, and Linux.
• Proficient in Go, Python, or Bash scripting.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitHub Actions.
• Monitoring/observability using Prometheus, Grafana; incident management.
• Knowledge of cloud cost management and FinOps practices.
• CKA and GCP DevOps certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize infrastructure on GCP and GKE.
• Automate provisioning using Terraform, Helm, and scripting.
• Build and improve monitoring and alerting with OpenTelemetry.
• Participate in on-call rotations and post-mortems.
• Define SLOs/SLIs and error budgets, monitor service health.
• Implement cloud security best practices across platforms.
• Collaborate across teams to embed reliability and automation.
