SecurityScorecard in the cybersecurity ratings space seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead design and optimization of Kubernetes‑based infrastructure and CI/CD systems. You will own the infrastructure behind our AI tooling, building MCP servers and defining secure, auditable AI access patterns for production.

You'll work hands‑on with engineering teams to accelerate delivery, improve production reliability, and embed best practices for automation, observability, and resilience, while

Formación

• 6+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles with production Kubernetes experience.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM tooling with governance for production.
• Proven CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and scale Kubernetes infrastructure for secure, multi-tenant applications.
• Build and operate AI tooling infrastructure and secure access governance.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliability, speed, and rollback safety.
• Implement blue/green and canary deployments.
• Define IaC patterns with Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD.
• Operate streaming and analytics infra: Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse.
• Embed automated testing in the CI/CD lifecycle.
• Improve observability with SLOs, alerts, dashboards.
• Lead incident response and postmortems.
• Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud infra.
