GlobalLogic is seeking a Senior GCP Compliance / DevSecOps Engineer in Argentina to drive an automation-first approach for Kubernetes security and cloud posture management. You will translate CIS and NIST controls into automated validation logic, implement CEL-based checks in SCC and Compliance Manager, and secure GKE environments while integrating with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on GCP experience, policy-as-code, and scripting to continuously improve cloud security

Formación

• 7+ years of cloud/infrastructure engineering experience.
• 3+ years hands-on GCP experience.
• Strong experience securing GKE/Kubernetes and GCP IAM.
• SCC, CIS Benchmarks/NIST 800-53, or regulated cloud controls translation.
• Policy-as-Code/Automation and scripting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop automated compliance checks using CEL within SCC and Compliance Manager.
• Translate CIS/NIST controls into enforceable cloud validation logic.
• Secure GKE/Kubernetes environments, including workload permissions and RBAC.
• Identify compliance gaps and implement automated policy checks.
• Support Terraform, CI/CD, and cloud security automation initiatives.
• Build and validate checks across GKE, IAM, Logging, Networking, and workloads.
