Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating production systems with a focus on observability and reliability engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management).
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Experience integrating monitoring and operations with ServiceNow ITSM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement SRE practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, to improve service reliability.
• Build and standardize observability capabilities across metrics, logs, and traces, including dashboards and alerting strategies.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) to automate deployment, validation, and operational workflows.
• Integrate monitoring and observability signals with ServiceNow ITSM (incidents, changes, indicator tasks).
• Design and enable reusable automation components to scale use cases.
• Operate within OT/PCN environments, adhering to security, segmentation, and compliance standards.
