Grupo QuintoAndar is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our remote-first team, with the option to work from Buenos Aires offices up to twice a week. You will collaborate cross-functionally to shape scalable software, contribute to architecture, and mentor engineers across a broad set of technologies.

Formación

• Proven experience with Agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
• Strong database design and evolving architectures.
• Experience designing scalable software architectures.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with monitoring, observability, and performance tracking.
• Solid fundamentals: version control, testing, deployment automation.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex software issues and influence product direction.
• Work with Agile methodologies and participate in ceremonies.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from definition to maintenance.
• Guard delivery quality and contribute to code and design reviews.
• Handle complex scale, resilience, and fault tolerance challenges.
• Troubleshoot incidents and create post mortems to prevent recurrence.
• Design and maintain scalable software architecture and patterns.
• Improve how we build software and tackle new challenges.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
