HireHawk Inc. is seeking a full-time remote video editor to turn 20-minute conversational recordings into polished short-format videos (Instagram, Facebook). You will work directly with the founder, following messaging guidance to craft compelling narratives while preserving each client’s voice.

Expect a Monday–Friday CT schedule, deliver 3–4 videos daily across 4–6 clients, and adapt your style to each brand. Portfolio and CapCut expertise are essential for success.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience, ideally with social content.
• Ability to preserve client voice and messaging while editing for social platforms.
• Strong narrative sense for short-form videos and reels.

Responsabilidades

• Turn approximately 20-minute conversational recordings into polished short-form videos.
• Apply founder’s messaging guidance to highlight strongest moments and craft a complete narrative.
• Preserve client voice while removing repetition and distractions.
• Add captions, framing, B‑roll, punch-ins to improve clarity and engagement.
• Deliver clean audio and platform-ready videos with checked subtitles and formatting.
• Manage edits for 4–6 clients, targeting 3–4 videos/day, with increasing independence.
